Laptops manufacturing companies like Apple, DELL, JVC, Hewlett-Packard, Samsung, Philips, Sony, Siemens and Toshiba are mainly the ones that rule the laptop industry. Due to their reliable products, friendly customer service and unbeatable notebooks they have always kept the spotlight on themselves.

Now manufacturing laptops has become an investment for most of the electronic companies as the information technology development has taken all over the globe with internet and computer literacy being common in every age group. Toshiba is also one of the most trustworthy and excellent laptop manufacturing company due to its impressive products and laptops that is better than the previous one with features and functions useful for everyone.

Toshiba was founded by merging two very popular companies namely Hakunetsusha and Shibaura Engineering Works. These both companies were established in Japan and Shibaura Engineering Works was the one that handled electronics while Japan was transforming into a hi-tech country.

Further Toshiba became the number one electronics manufacturing company not only in Japan but in the entire world and the reason to that was simple, reliability and durability. These two qualities can make any company the most wanted and trustworthy one just like Toshiba. Toshiba started expanding its product when it saw the great response from its customers and market and started manufacturing laptops as well which obviously made them more popular and showed their products are here to stay.

One of the fine laptops Toshiba has ever manufactured is the Toshiba Qosmio G35 which is titled to be the best multimedia laptop. Although surprisingly Qosmio lacks a good configuration having a Centrino M740 1.73 GHz which makes it a Pentium 4 with a RAM of 512 MB only and up to 120 GB Hard Drive. The machine still managed to take the spotlight and won the title for best multimedia notebook available in the market. Due to its lacking processor speed Toshiba Qosmio G35 is cheaper than the other laptops with a Core 2 Duo processor ranging from $1000 only.

Now focusing on the multimedia features that made it won the title includes crystal clear 17” display, a built in TV tuner, audio controls that are newest than the laptops these days, A/V Controls, DVD burner and toshiba long life battery. This entertainment laptop keeping in mind all of these multimedia features still cost only $1000. Now what else can you ask for? Now ironically in the judgment scale only one flaw was found in the entire machine that it does not have enough connectors. Besides these functions the Toshiba Qosmio G35 has all the other regular options including Wireless LAN, headphone and microphone jacks, fast Ethernet, Wi-Fi connection and a pair of great stereo speakers.

All together this machine is considered a best purchase due to the excessive multimedia features, long battery life and a price that is easily affordable. But for configuration junkies good news which I read online that due to its multimedia functionality Toshiba has decided to design the same machine with a Core 2 Duo processor to overcome the weakness that was left in Toshiba Qosmio G35 which will eventually make it a bit more expensive but a complete entertainment center which is everyone’s type. In my opinion purchase the Toshiba Qosmio that has been boosted up to a Core 2 Duo as a fast processor does really count for multi-tasking.
